Hey there! My name is Alexandra Alvarez, but you can call me Alexa. I have been a licensed Realtor in 2008, but pursued it full force starting in 2019. Though I have a strong foundation in sales and marketing, I have robust knowledge within the real estate industry and have cultivated a deep understanding of the buying, selling, negotiating, home evaluation, and marketing processes that guarantee a positive experience for every one of my clients.

I am bilingual, have always had a rooted passion for working within the publicity and marketing industries, and have over 15 years of sales/marketing experience. Despite that ardency, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Science, an MBA, and have previously worked as an Administrative Director for an international company called Mc Cann Erickson. In addition, I also launched my own business here in the USA when I first came here and operated it successfully.

I pursued a role as a National Sales Executive, which also fulfilled my wanderlust and cultural enrichment cravings, allowing me to travel to 37 states. Later in 2019, I decided to go full force into my initial Realtor career dream. I became relicensed in 2020, earned e-Pro, AHWD, MRP, SFR® certifications, and have not looked back since.

Though I absolutely love what I do now and am always seeking ways to advance myself both personally and professionally to better serve my clients, when I am not working, you can often find me enjoying photography, music, dancing, drawing, watching air shows (especially F18s), and satisfying my admiration for cars by watching F1, car shows, and derbies.
